How to know if a phone has been blocked step by step by the operator
Check the IMEI code
Check the IMEI code of the phone. This is the first thing you need to find out if the device has actually been blocked by the operator.
IMEI is a 15-digit code that uniquely identifies a device on a mobile network (to be clear, it acts as a "badge").
When a device is blocked by an operator, its IMEI code is included in a blacklist shared with all network operators, making it worthless to make calls, send SMS, and browse the Internet with a data connection.
To check if you suspect which phone's IMEI code is locked, you can do one of the following.

How to unlock operator locked phone
If you have concluded that your phone is indeed switched off by the operator, you are now wondering if there is a way to measure the situation. Yes, but results are not guaranteed.

It is likely that this happened because the phone was stolen or because the seller did not pay all purchase fees for it (if this phone was purchased in installments with a subscription).
